7-Eleven Lakeland, FL
This project introduced one of Florida’s first large-format interstate convenience store concepts, featuring Laredo Taco Company and Raise the Roost Chicken. Designed to serve both local and interstate traffic, the site also includes six commercial truck fueling lanes and dedicated parking for over-the-road trucks.
Cary Park Collection
Located in an affluent, densely developed residential area near Raleigh’s Research Triangle, Cary Park Collection brings together a strong mix of national and local retail. The development features Walgreens, ALDI, 7-Eleven, and two multi-tenant retail buildings.
7-Eleven Ocala, FL
One of the first 7-Eleven locations developed in the Ocala market, this project sits along SR 200 in one of the area’s most active commercial corridors. The site features a Laredo Taco Company restaurant, car wash, and 16 fueling positions.
Greenville Crossing
Greenville Crossing transformed an existing 135,000-square-foot shopping center near East Carolina University into a completely reimagined retail destination. The redevelopment brought together Hobby Lobby, Academy Sports + Outdoors, 7-Eleven, Panda Express, and Jaggers.
7-Eleven Riverview, FL
Positioned in the heart of southern Hillsborough County’s rapid residential growth, this 7-Eleven was developed to serve one of the region’s expanding communities. The site opened with strong demand and features 14 fueling positions and a car wash.
7-Eleven Arcadia, FL
RKM identified an underserved need for commercial truck fueling along the SR 17 corridor and developed this 7-Eleven to serve both local and regional traffic. The site features 16 fueling positions, three commercial truck fueling lanes, and dedicated truck parking.
7-Eleven Palmetto, FL
Strategically positioned in the Bradenton-area market, this location captures interstate traffic from I-275 while serving the industrial and residential growth along the US 19 corridor. The site features 16 fueling positions and two commercial truck fueling lanes.

Located within a fast-growing area of southeast Marion County, this project is positioned to serve commuter traffic and continued development along SR 35 and the Belleview Loop. The site features 14 fueling positions and a car wash.
